It will open fridays, saturday and sunday nights.

On Christams day it will be open for the usual Sunday sesh, starting at 5pm and as its the last sunday in the month it will be as usual very good, and also falls on Christmas day! with  dj´s

Mombassa and Rock and Roll circus are holding a new years eve celebration (they are located on the Boulevard at the Mar Menor Gold Resort)

Entry is 20 euros if you buy in advance, 25 euros on the door, which includes 2 drinks, hot chocolate and cakes, cold buffet and party items. There will be go go´s, prizes, 3 areas and lots of fun

SPANISH CLASSES AT MOJOS IN ROLDAN

Laura is giving Spanish classes upstairs at Mojos: See below information:

 

"I have two differents groups at the moment. First one is for a basic level and the other one

is for an advanced level, for people more interested in speaking, (conversations).

The classes are every monday and thursday:

17:00-18:00 BASIC LEVEL

18:00-19:00 ADVANCED LEVEL

The price for the class is 5 euros. Let me know If someone would like to come to learn spanish.

I´m available to change some hours if someone can´t come from 17:00/19:00 if i have enougth people

to do it.

Hi, I’m Mark Shaw; husband to Bianca (Year 2 teacher at Kings College) father to Seth and Ella, veteran fitness trainer, and novice Spanish speaker!

I’m looking for people to start a Cross Training Club in the Sports Hall at Kings.

Cross Training is in my experience, hands down the most satisfying way to get and stay fit.

We will combine resistance training, basic gymnastics, and short cardio sessions, and diet in order to get you fit.

The workouts are varied, intense and challenging. A typical session will involve; warm up, skill or strength work, followed by a metcon ('cardio' with a twist) session and then a cool down.

You will complete the workouts in a group, sessions are regularly timed so you can compete as a group and against yourself.

Workouts are individually scaled so everyone can participate effectively.

Basics Sessions will start on Tuesday and Thursdays at 18.30pm / 20.00. Other slots will be made available as we grow.

Need to commit to both sessions in order to make it worthwhile.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING OF CABEZO GORDO AND ACTIVITIES

This sunday 13th of November, there will be a clean up of the cabezo gordo mountain, which is the mounatin we all see which is along the cc3319 from san javier to Murcia. The day will start at 9.30, at the meeting point at cabezo gordo, and then at 10am once instructions have been given all of those going to help will start the clean up of the mountain. At 12 o clock there will be free sandwiches and drink for all of those who helped and then there will be activities such as climbing, absailing and the water cave.

If you fancy doing something for the environment and keeping the local area beautiful, then come along and pick rubbish :)
